It's the grand final and four singers take to the stage for a nerve-racking performance in front of a studio audience and a panel of music industry judges. The winner will walk away with a life-changing opportunity - the chance to perform on the main stage at Radio 1's Big Weekend and to record a collaboration with a mystery star.
